Federal govt reverses allowance decision for resident doctors, to pay arrears, fund training

The Nigerian federal government has reversed its earlier decision concerning the allowances of resident doctors. Consequently, the government will now proceed to pay the outstanding financial arrears owed to the medical professionals and has also committed to funding their ongoing training programs.
